We stand behind our work and are happy to offer a 1 year guarantee on our clasps and jewelry, and a 90 day guarantee on all restringing jobs, provided that the damage is as result of a manufacturers defect and not damage by the customer. If your item was damaged during shipping or breaks as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within this time period, you can contact our customer service department for authorization of a repair which will, of course, be done at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for merchandise left in our office over 30 days after the customer has been notified.
