We stand behind our work and are happy to offer a 1 year guarantee on our clasps and jewelry, and a 90 day guarantee on all restringing jobs, provided that the damage is as result of a manufacturers defect and not damage by the customer. If your item breaks as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within this time period, you can contact our customer service department for authorization of a repair which will, of course, be done at no cost to you.
Please be advised before shipping or dropping off your pearls, beads or jewelry to our premises, that Pearl & Clasp does not accept any liability or responsibility for any items valued above $500, whether lost, stolen, misplaced or broken at our premises. If you feel your items are at a higher value than $500, then please confirm with your homeowners insurance policy that your jewelry is also covered for its full value.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Items From Shipping:
Once a package is in the hands of USPS or FEDEX, we are no longer responsible, irrespective of how the package was shipped. Any damaged, lost or missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping company and any claims must be filed directly with them.
We are not responsible for merchandise left in our office over 30 days after the customer has been notified.
