Pearl & Clasp’s Return Policy

Our goal is to provide every customer with a product that he or she will truly cherish. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept refunds and exchanges that are completed within 30 days after receipt of purchase. Akoya, South Sea and Tahitian pearl pieces have a 14 day return policy. Clasps that are purchased and restrung on a customers pearls can not be returned. There is no returns on restringing services, mystery pearls, items from our Pearl Lustre Collection and special orders. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and they may not be altered in any way. Items damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

  1. Contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number. Please note that restrung pearls and special order pieces are not returnable.
  2. Place the product, all the original packaging and invoice in a box and make sure that it is wrapped properly. Items damaged during the return process cannot be returned.
  3. For your protection during shipping process, please make sure that your package is properly packaged. For security reasons, do not write jewelry on the box.

Make sure to save the tracking number for your records.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We will send a confirmation e-mail when the transaction has been processed.
